Refund policy
Order Changes and Cancellations:
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact our customer service hotline at (+852 8481 0814) or email sales@zenoxstore.com.
We will check if your order has been shipped. If the item has not been shipped, we will provide free order cancellation. Please note that once your order has been shipped, we cannot change or cancel it, and you would need to proceed with the product return procedure.
Non-Defective (Change of Mind) Returns:
If you have a change of mind with your purchase, you may request a return with our Aftersales service team at (+852) 8481 7841 or aftersales@zenoxstore.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the unopened original packaging. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it for any damages or signs of use. If the item passes the inspection, we will initiate the refund process.
Defective Product Returns (within 7 days):
Customers must inspect the product for any defects or damages upon receipt. If any defects are discovered within 7 days of delivery, customers have the right to a refund or exchange. Zenox will bear the cost of return shipping for large defective product returns (such as chairs & desks), customer will bear the cost of return shipping for small to medium size items (such as keyboards and mice). Customers must provide evidence (photos and videos) of the defective or damaged product, along with proof of purchase. If the product is in good condition but the customer is dissatisfied with its appearance, comfort, or other non-defective aspects, it will not be eligible for a return. If improper use or unauthorized modification/alteration by the customer is confirmed upon inspection, a refund/return will not be applicable.
Defective Product Returns (beyond 7 days):
If a return request is made beyond 7 days after receiving the product, Zenox will not be able to provide a refund or exchange. Please contact the relevant distributor directly for warranty service on the product. For products distributed by Zenox, our aftersales will proceed with the warranty process with your case.

*Zenox reserves the right to charge any bank and/or administrative fees before approving a refund/return. We also reserve the right to make the final decision.
*If your order includes a gift and the return invalidates the requirements for the gift, please ensure to return the gift as well. If the gift is not returned, we will deduct the retail value of the gift from the refund.
